Phones are just big now. We’ve known that for a long time. Every once in awhile, a manufacturer releases a pair or trio of smartphones that cater to a few types of people: those who like smaller phones, and those who like bigger phones. However, even the small phone option is still pretty big. The Galaxy S20, for instance, has a gigantic 6.2-inch display.
Those of us who like small phones have limited options nowadays. The iPhone SE, Google Pixel 3a (and soon to be Pixel 4a), Pixel 3, and 2019’s Galaxy S10e are the few decent compact phones we recommend.
